Fire and Ivy: Two new rings by WyckedDreamsDesigns

:iconhylee:
I am not that good at jewelry making, but these are really good. the edges are hard to see so I would say that they are pretty good for not scratching yourself on. At first glance I did not even notice they were beads. what kind of metal did you use? I use copper wiring from wires that I strip, but only the thicker ones. also how did you manage to get the wire to wrap so tightly without it coming undone? or is it the kind of wire you used? I probably shouldn't be asking questions in a critique but i needed to fill up the minimum. sorry.

Great work still.

Aww
TY huni.First of all I use a 16 to 18 gauge silver coated wire..Simple to get at walmart.I double the wire and loop the stone onto the center of the wire, then use a round wooden rod the size of the ring im making.Use my thumb to hold the bead onto the rod I loop the first wire twice around the top and the second wire twice around the bottom, them loop them three times both around the bead.It takes practice..im not near as perfect as I'd like to be.Hope this helps.
